in:balance was a series of workshops to kick off the musicRLPwomen network, which intersectionally focuses on and promotes women* in popular music and thus aims to diversify the structure of pop rlp’s actors. The series tackled a variety of spaces and practices in which FLINTA* are underrepresentated to raise awareness of the issues, facilitate access and empower actors.
